How the Integration Works

1

Visitor is pre-registered via EvTrack Portal (host sends an email invitation) or checked in on arrival at the EvTrack FrontDesk kiosk or Guard device.

2

For pre-registered visitors, the host approves the registration - EvTrack generates a QR code and emails it to the visitor before arrival.

3

Visitor details, photo, credential, access group and visit window are stored on the EvTrack server.

4

EvTrack transmits the cardholder record to the Suprema BioStar2 server via the WebSDK REST API.

5

BioStar2 creates the cardholder with the mapped access group and pushes the credential down to the Suprema access control readers.

6

The visitor presents their credential (face, QR code or OTP) at any Suprema reader - access is granted for the duration of their visit window.

7

On visitor checkout in EvTrack, the credential is deactivated in BioStar2.
