EvTrack + Cisco ISE Integration
EvTrack integrates with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) via the ERS Sponsor API - automatically provisioning temporary guest Wi-Fi accounts when a visitor is registered and deleting them on checkout. No IT desk involvement required.

How the Integration Works
A host sends a visitor invitation via EvTrack Portal, or a visitor is registered on arrival at the FrontDesk kiosk or Guard App.
On registration (or host approval for pre-registered visitors), EvTrack calls the Cisco ISE ERS Sponsor API to create a guest Wi-Fi account.
ISE creates the guest account in the configured sponsor portal with the visitor's name, email, company and access window.
EvTrack generates a Wi-Fi username and password using the configured naming and password patterns, and sends the credentials to the visitor via email.
The guest Wi-Fi account is active only for the visit window - the fromDate and toDate are set from the expected arrival and departure times.
The visitor connects to the Wi-Fi network using the credentials received by email - no IT helpdesk or paper voucher required.
On visitor checkout in EvTrack, the ISE guest account is automatically deleted - ensuring credentials cannot be reused after the visit ends.
